  • 500 gm Mutton
  • 2 large Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Clarified butter
  • ½ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Black cumin seeds
  • 3 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 250 gm Yogurt
For Garnishing:
  • Coriander leaves
  • green chilies
Cooking Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, water, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, yogurt.
  4. Fry well.
  5. Now add water cover it and cook until mutton become tender.
  6. Apply flour in sides let it cook on 1 hour.
  7. Dissolve flour in water and make paste and pour it.
  8. In the end, add black cumin seeds, cover it and let it cook until ghee boil the surfaces.
  9. Removes from the stove, add garam masala powder, green chilies and coriander.
  10. Delicious mutton kunna is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with naan.
