Ingredients
3cupsBoiled chickpeas
1-1/2cupYogurt
1cupPotatoesboiled
2tbspSugar
1-1/2tspSalt
1cupOnion sliced
2Tomatoes cut in cubes
4Green chilies sliced
4tbspCoriander chopped
1cupTamarind pulp
1tbspCoriander powder
1tbspCumin powder
1tspRed chili powder
1cupPapri
2tbspchaat masala
Cooking Method
For tamarind sauce add tamarind paste, coriander powder.
Add cumin powder, salt and some sugar to mix.
Now add the leftover sugar in yogurt and whip it.
Now in a platter add all the ingredients on top of the other to serve.
