Then rub salt and meat tenderizer on it and leave it overnight.
Now in a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red chili powder, all spice powder, melted butter, cumin powder, lemon juice and turmeric.
Mix well and put on chicken and coat evenly.
Marinate for 2 to 3 hours
Let it cook with 1 cup water.
When it get tender and water gets dries then give coal smoke.
Now heat clarified butter in a pan and fry chicken from both sides and take out.
Then give coal smoke.
Garnish with salad leaves.
