  • 1 Whole chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Meat tenderizer
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 4-5 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
For Garnishing:
  • Fry potatoes as required
  • Boiled eggs as required
  • Lettuce leaves as required
Cooking Method
  1. Make chargha cuts on chicken.
  2. Then rub salt and meat tenderizer on it and leave it overnight.
  3. Now in a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red chili powder, all spice powder, melted butter, cumin powder, lemon juice and turmeric.
  4. Mix well and put on chicken and coat evenly.
  5. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours
  6. Let it cook with 1 cup water.
  7. When it get tender and water gets dries then give coal smoke.
  8. Now heat clarified butter in a pan and fry chicken from both sides and take out.
  9. Then give coal smoke.
  10. Garnish with salad leaves.
  11. Delicious Barbeque Masala Roast is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with fry potatoes and boiled eggs.
