Wash beef and remove all excess fat.

Then cut into thin strips.

Place beef strips in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Then add sesame oil and marinate for a night.

Heat oil in a deep skillet, add garlic.

Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Then put the marinated beef and cook for 4-5 minutes or until juice runs clear.

Add chicken broth.

Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until beef is tender.

Dissolve cornflour in water.

Pour this paste in it and cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, green chilies and capsicum.

Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Turn the heat off.

Transfer into a serving plate.
