Ingredients
  • ½ kg beef
  • 1 tbsp papaya
  • 1 egg
  • 6 green chilies
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup fried onion
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed red chili
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Place ground beef in a chopper or food processor. Add raw papaya, green chilies, black pepper, fried onions, garlic cloves, salt and red pepper. Process until well combined. 
  2. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add cream and one beaten egg in it.  Mix well. 

  3. Shape into kebabs and shallow fry until well cooked. Take it out in a serving plate. and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with mint chutney and salad.
