Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef mince
  • 4 Hotdog buns
  • 1 Onion medium
  • 4-5 Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ Parsley bunch
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Cheese slices
  • 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • A small Iceberg lettuce
Cooking Method
  1. In a food chopper, combine beef mince, onion, green chilies, lemon juice, and parsley. Process finely and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add egg, bread crumbs, sesame seeds, black pepper, salt, and cinnamon powder to the beef mixture.
  3. Mix very well and shape into small patties.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Cut each burger bun in half and spread one side with mayonnaise. Lightly toast in the frying pan.
  6. Place a patty on the bottom half of a bun, top with iceberg lettuce leaves, drizzle with mayonnaise, and place a cheese slice on top.
  7. Cover with the other half of the bun.
Serving Suggestions

Serve immediately with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
