Ingredients
500gm Boneless Chicken
1pieceNutmeg
1pinchSaffron
2Bay Leaves
6Green Chilies
1cupStock
2cupsRiceboiled
½cupClarified butter
½bunch Mint Leaves
2pieceMace
1tspSalt
1tspBlack Cumin Seeds
1tspBlack Pepper
1tbspGinger Garlic Paste
1tbspScrewpine essence
½tspStar Anise Powder
½tspYellow Food Color
Cooking Method
Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, bay leaf , nutmeg, mace, add boneless chicken and fry well.
Then add chicken stock, salt, finely chopped green chilies, and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough.
Now add boiled rice, star anise powder, mint leaves ,kewhra essence, saffron, yellow food color.
Put on dum and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is fluffed.
Remove from the stove and transfer into a serving platter.
Delicious boneless chicken pulao is ready to serve.
