  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken
  • 1 piece Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 2 cups Rice boiled
  • ½ cup Clarified butter
  • ½ bunch Mint Leaves
  • 2 piece Mace
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Screwpine essence
  • ½ tsp Star Anise Powder
  • ½ tsp Yellow Food Color
Cooking Method
  1. Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, bay leaf , nutmeg, mace, add boneless chicken and fry well.
  2. Then add chicken stock, salt, finely chopped green chilies, and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough.
  3. Now add boiled rice, star anise powder, mint leaves ,kewhra essence, saffron, yellow food color.
  4. Put on dum and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is fluffed.
  5. Remove from the stove and transfer into a serving platter.
  6. Delicious boneless chicken pulao is ready to serve.
