Ingredients
500gm Chicken wings with skin
Salt to taste
1tspGarlic paste
½tspBlack pepper powder
125gm Flour
1tspChili powder
2tbspTabasco sauce
2tbspChili garlic sauce
2tbspButter
Oil for frying
Cooking Method
In a bowl, mix together the flour, chili powder and salt.
Keep aside.
Wash and clean chicken wings.
Coat with the flour mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
