Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken wings with skin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 125 gm Flour
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, chili powder and salt.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Wash and clean chicken wings.
  4. Coat with the flour mixture and deep fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Heat butter in a wok over medium heat.
  6. Add tobacco sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add black pepper powder, garlic paste and salt.
  9. Add in fried chicken wings, toss to coat evenly.
  10. Take it out in a serving dish.
  11. Buffalo Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
