½kgChicken wings
1-1/2tbspTandoori masala
1tbspClarified butter
1tbspgarlic paste
2tbspYogurt
1tspChaat masala
Ingredients For Masala:
4tbspButter
4tbspOil
Salt to taste
1tspRed chili powder
¼tspTurmeric Powder
4tbspCream
½cupTomato paste
4tbspCream cheese
½tspDried fenugreek
1tbspCoriander Powder
1tspCumin powder
½tspAll spice powder
1tbspCashew paste
1tbspGinger garlic paste
Cooking Method
Apply all ingredients of marination on wings and left for whole night.
Heat oil and butter add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tomato paste, all spice powder and cumin cook well.
Place chicken wings in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
After that add cashew paste, cream, cream cheese and dried fenugreek in masala.
Add chicken wings mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
Take it out in a serving dish.
Top with green coriander and cream.
Delicious Butter Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
