  • ½ kg Chicken wings
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
Ingredients For Masala:
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 4 tbsp Cream
  • ½ cup Tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp Cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tbsp Cashew paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Cooking Method
  1. Apply all ingredients of marination on wings and left for whole night.
  2. Heat oil and butter add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tomato paste, all spice powder and cumin cook well.
  3. Place chicken wings in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. After that add cashew paste, cream, cream cheese and dried fenugreek in masala.
  5. Add chicken wings mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Take it out in a serving dish.
  7. Top with green coriander and cream.
  8. Delicious Butter Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Garlic Naan and some fresh salad.
