Ingredients
500gm Chicken
1/2cupYogurt
½cupMilk
½cupCream
1tspSalt
1tspBlack pepper
1tspRoasted cumin
1tspDried fenugreek
1tspAll spices powder
1Lemon juice
1tspWhole crushed coriander
2Onion
5Green chilies
½bunch Green coriander
Oil as required
1tspGarlic ginger paste
For Garnishing:
Ginger slices
green corianderchopped
Cooking Method
In a blender, add yogurt ,all spices and lemon juice, onion and ginger ,garlic, green coriander and green chili paste, milk and cream.
Blend until well combined.
Pour this mixture over the chicken. Mix until well coated.
Now heat oil over medium heat.
Cook chicken over medium heat for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and gracy is thickened.
Now give the coal smoke.
Dish it out and garnish with green coriander and ginger slices.
