Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 1 tsp All spices powder
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Whole crushed coriander
  • 2 Onion
  • 5 Green chilies
  • ½ bunch Green coriander
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
For Garnishing:
  • Ginger slices
  • green coriander chopped
Cooking Method
  1. In a blender, add yogurt ,all spices and lemon juice, onion and ginger ,garlic, green coriander and green chili paste, milk and cream.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Mix until well coated.
  4. Now heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken over medium heat for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and gracy is thickened.
  6. Now give the coal smoke.
  7. Dish it out and garnish with green coriander and ginger slices.
  8. Chicken Afghani Gravy is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Tandoori roti.
