Ingredients
For Broast:
1-1/2Chicken with skin
4tbspPapaya paste
Broast masala as required
4Eggs
Red chili as required
Vinegar as required
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For garnish:
3 to 4Salad leaves
1-2Onions
Cooking Method
Cut chicken in 8 pieces.
In a bowl add vinegar, salt, papaya paste, red chili powder and mix well.
Marinate chicken in it for an hour.
In a box add broast masala and put chicken in mix it.
Then dip chicken in egg and coat it again with broast masala and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
Take it out in a serving dish. and garnish with salad leaves and onion
