Ingredients
  • 1/2 packet pasta boiled
  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 4 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 onions cut into cubes
  • 2 green bell peppers cut into cubes
  • 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 green chilies thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces or strips.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet or wok.
  5. Put chicken in it.
  6. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  7. Take a saucepan, saute garlic in 1 tbsp heated oil.
  8. When garlic is fragrant, add green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and green chilies.
  9. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  10. Then add vinegar, black pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, oregano and tomato ketchup.
  11. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  12. Now remove from the heat.
  13. Take out noodles salsa and chicken on a serving dish.
  14. Chicken Salsa Pasta is ready to serve.
