Cut chicken into bite size pieces or strips.

Place chicken pieces in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet or wok.

Put chicken in it.

Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Take a saucepan, saute garlic in 1 tbsp heated oil.

When garlic is fragrant, add green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and green chilies.

Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Then add vinegar, black pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, oregano and tomato ketchup.

Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Now remove from the heat.

Take out noodles salsa and chicken on a serving dish.

Chicken Salsa Pasta is ready to serve.
