This easy-to-make Chilli Garlic Chicken Wings Recipe Chef Samina Jalil, can be prepared using minimal ingredients. The spicy glaze of these chicken wings is a show stopper - made with a tempting combination of chili garlic sauce, soy sauce and a touch of honey. YUMMY!

Ingredients
For Marination :
  • 400 gm Chicken wings with skin
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • Salt as required
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Oil for frying
For Glaze:
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • ¾ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken wings in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic, salt, egg, flour, black pepper in it.
  3. Mix until well coated and leave it to marinate for 1 hour.
  4. After one hour, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken wings on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden color.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp oil in another frying pan. Saute garlic in it then add honey and soy sauce in it.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for 1 minute then remove from the heat.
  9. Toss the fried chicken wings in the honey glaze.
  10. Transfer into a serving platter.
  11. Chilli Garlic Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
  12. Serve hot.
