Ingredients
1kgChicken
½cupPlain Yogurt
½cupMayonnaise
½cupCream
1tspRed Chilichopped
1tbspGreen Chili Paste
1tspSalt
1tbspPapaya
50gm Butter
Shashlik Sticks as required
Cooking Method
Marinate chicken with yogurt , Mayonnaise, cream, chilies, black pepper, red chili powder, green chilies, salt, papaya, lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes.
Then put chicken pieces on shashlik sticks and freeze.
Heat butter and fry shashlik sticks for 10-12 minutes both sides or chicken is cooked from inside and nicely browned from outside.
Remove from the flame and take it out in a serving platter.
Delicious Creamy Stick Boti is ready to serve.
