Ingredients
For phulki:
1cupMoong daal flour
4tbspMash daal flour
1/8tspbaking soda
½tspSalt
Warm water to make batter
Oil to frying
For Dahi phulki Mix Chaat:
1cupBoiled chickpeas
1-1/2cupyogurt
8-10phulkis
2tbspSweet chutney
2tbspImli aur khajoor ki chutney
1tspGreen chutney
1onionthinly sliced soaked in water
Chopped coriander leaves as required
½tspChaat masala
½cupCrushed papri
½cupPotatoes boiled and diced
Cooking Method
Make batter with moong daal and mash daal flour, baking soda, warm water and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Deep fry phulkis in medium-low flame then remove from the oil and keep aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt and green chutney.
Add chickpeas, boiled potatoes, phulkis and onion.
Top papri and fresh coriander leaves.
Drizzle with sweet chutney and Imli aur khajoor ki chutney.
