For phulki:
  • 1 cup Moong daal flour
  • 4 tbsp Mash daal flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Warm water to make batter
  • Oil to frying
For Dahi phulki Mix Chaat:
  • 1 cup Boiled chickpeas
  • 1-1/2 cup yogurt
  • 8-10 phulkis
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp Imli aur khajoor ki chutney
  • 1 tsp Green chutney
  • 1 onion thinly sliced soaked in water
  • Chopped coriander leaves as required
  • ½ tsp Chaat masala
  • ½ cup Crushed papri
  • ½ cup Potatoes boiled and diced
Cooking Method
  1. Make batter with moong daal and mash daal flour, baking soda, warm water and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Deep fry phulkis in medium-low flame then remove from the oil and keep aside.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt and green chutney.
  6. Add chickpeas, boiled potatoes, phulkis and onion.
  7. Top papri and fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Drizzle with sweet chutney and Imli aur khajoor ki chutney.
  9. Sprinkle chaat masala over it.
  10. Delicious Dahi Phulki Chaat is ready to serve.
  11. Serve with imli ki chutney and papri.
