Ingredients
For Dough:
2cupsplain flour
2eggs
1/4tspsalt
For Filling:
1boneless chicken breastfinely chopped
1/2cupprawnsfinely chopped
1tbsp coriander leavesfinely chopped
1tspsoy sauce
1/2tspwhite pepper
1/2tspsalt
Cooking Method
For Filling:
In a medium bowl, combine together chicken breast, prawns, salt, white pepper, soy sauce and coriander leaves.
Set aside.
For Dough:
Sieve flour in a bowl.
Add salt and beaten eggs.
Knead a hard dough by using water.
Then cover with a wet cloth.
Leave it for 30 minutes.Roll the dough into a thin rectangular.
Cut into 3X3 inches squares.
Put 1 tsp of filling on the corner edge.
Fold into Wonton shape.
Seal with beaten eggs.
Heat oil in deep pan or wok on medium heat.
Deep fry wontons for 5 minutes or until crispy and golden.
