Ingredients
For Dough:
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For Filling:
  • 1 boneless chicken breast finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup prawns finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp  coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
For Filling:
  1. In a medium bowl, combine together chicken breast, prawns, salt, white pepper, soy sauce and coriander leaves.
  2. Set aside.
For Dough:
  1. Sieve flour in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and beaten eggs.
  3. Knead a hard dough by using water.
  4. Then cover with a wet cloth.
  5. Leave it for 30 minutes.Roll the dough into a thin rectangular.
  6. Cut into 3X3 inches squares.
  7. Put 1 tsp of filling on the corner edge.
  8. Fold into Wonton shape.
  9. Seal with beaten eggs.
  10. Heat oil in deep pan or wok on medium heat.
  11. Deep fry wontons for 5 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  12. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
  13. Fried Wonton is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chinese Plum Sauce.
