Ingredients
1-1/2kgCarrotgrated
1packet Cream
1cupMilk
200gm Sugar
250gm Whole dried milk
Mix dry fruits as required
3/4cupClarified butter
2Sterling Silver leaf
6Green cardamom
Cooking Method
Add cream and milk in grated carrots and cook for 25 minutes or until carrots are softened.
Now add dry milk powder then add sugar and cook until all water dries up.
Heat clarified butter and add small cardamom.
Add in to the carrot mixture and keep stirring until ghee comes on top.
Add add half khoya and orange peel and cook for few more minutes.
