Sprinkle a little salt and garlic powder (optional) over it. Mix well.
Sprinkle the corn flour, salt, garlic powder and 1 tbsp oil on potato slices and mix it well.
Spread the seasoned slices on baking tray in a single layer. Bake at 180 degree C for 10 minutes from each side until tender crisp and golden brown.Garlic Skinny Fries are ready to serve.
