Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 20 Green chilies ground
  • ¼ bunch Mint ground
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves ground
  • 2 tsp Allspice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Raw papaya ground
  • ½ packet Cream
Cooking Method
  1. Give cuts on tikka pieces.
  2. Marinate with all the above ingredients for 2 hours.
  3. Put on skewers and grill on BBQ or bake in a pre-heated oven in an oven tray covered with foil, 20 minutes on each side.
  4. Give dum of coal (optional). Dish it out. Serve and enjoy!
