A traditional Pakistani Iftar drink made by mixing sattu and jaggery (gur) with chilled water and a hint of black salt. This refreshing and energizing beverage is perfect for breaking the fast during Ramadan.

Ingredients
  • 2 glasses Chilled water
  • 6 tablespoon Sattu
  • 4-6 tablespoons Jaggery gur or sugar
  • ΒΌ teaspoon Black salt kala namak
Cooking Method
  1. In a jug or mixing bowl, pour chilled water.
  2. Add sattu, jaggery (or sugar), and black salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved.
  4. Chill and serve immediately.
