Marinate fish fillets with flour, salt, carom seeds powder, and red chili powder for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok or pan and fry marinated fish for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Take a deep baking pan, add yogurt, tamarind pulp, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, poppy seeds, sesame, fried onion and salt.

Mix well.

Now put the fried fish on the yogurt mixture.

Top with tomato slices and green chilies.

Bake in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Remove from the oven.
