Marinate prawns with salt, pepper, egg white, corn flour and 2 tbsp oil.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Deep fry prawns for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Now heat oil in a wok add crushed garlic.

Fry for 2 minutes then add onion, capsicum and whole red chilies.

Season with salt and white pepper.

Add stock and fried prawns.

Cook for 2 minutes then add corn flour paste to thickened the sauce.

Cook another 2 minutes then turn the flame off.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Delicious Kongpao Prawns are ready to serve.
