Melt butter in a pot or pan over medium heat. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and ½ cup of water and cook for 15 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
Now add chicken and fry well until no longer pink and tender.
Add green chilies, chaat masala, lemon juice and green coriander.
Give the smoke of coal and put the lid for five minute.
Meanwhile, boiled rice with salt, screwpine essence and allspice powder and sieve it.
