Ingredients
500gm boneless Chicken
1tbspGinger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1Onion
1tspChili powder
½tspBlack pepper powder
1tspAll spice powder
½tspOregano powder
½tspThyme powder
2tbspTomato ketchup
2tbspLemon juice
125gm Thick yogurt
2Egg yolk
2tbspButtermelted
Cooking Method
Cut chicken into cubes.
In a bowl, mix together the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, all spice powder, oregano, thyme, tomato ketchup, egg yolks and thick yogurt.
Marinate chicken in it to blend flavors.
Thread chicken pieces into skewers.
Grill on burning charcoal for 15 minutes or until l tender.
Remove from the grill and take it out in serving platter.
Heat butter in a wok, add in chopped onion and saute till brown.
