Do try this Lebanese Boti Recipe By Chef Zakir, a garlicky gourmet dish that will be your “Sunday special” at home.  The recipe is quite easy to make and the secret is in the marinade, and is rather simple.

Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • ½ tsp Oregano powder
  • ½ tsp Thyme powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 125 gm Thick yogurt
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, all spice powder, oregano, thyme, tomato ketchup, egg yolks and thick yogurt.
  3. Marinate chicken in it to blend flavors.
  4. Thread chicken pieces into skewers.
  5. Grill on burning charcoal for 15 minutes or until l tender.
  6. Remove from the grill and take it out in serving platter.
  7. Heat butter in a wok, add in chopped onion and saute till brown.
  8. Spread on top of chicken pieces.
  9. Delicious Lebanese Boti is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with naan and chutney.
