Blend together onion, yogurt, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, nutmeg mace powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds, then add in quails and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.

Now add yogurt paste and stir very well.

Cover and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.

Remove the lid, turn the flame high, fry very well till water is evaporated.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Now dish it out.
Serve with boiled rice or roti.
