  • 6 Quails
  • 125 gm plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg mace powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 boiled tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Blend together onion, yogurt, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, nutmeg mace powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds, then add in quails and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.
  4. Now add yogurt paste and stir very well.
  5. Cover and cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid, turn the flame high, fry very well till water is evaporated.
  7. Take it out in a serving dish.
  8. Now dish it out.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled rice or roti.
