Place ground beef, onion, fresh coriander, 4 green chilies and tomato in a chopper.

Process to form a fine mixture.

Take this mixture in a bowl.

Season with salt, pepper and red chili flakes.

Also add egg and corn flour.

Mix until well combined.

Now grease your hands with little oil and make small balls of the beef mixture.

Place a meat ball between the palms of your hands and press gently.

Repeat with the remaining balls.

Shallow fry meat capture on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
