Ingredients
  • 125 gm Rice
  • 1 small pack Saffron
  • a pinch of Cinnamon powder
  • 2 Laddu
  • 125 gm Sugar
  • ½ liter Milk
  • 125 gm Khoya
  • 25 gm Almond chopped
  • 25 gm Pistachio chopped
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Cooking Method
  1. Boil rice with a little water and mash with a spoon.
  2. Heat milk in a deep wok or pot.Add almonds, pistachio, boiled mashed rice and sugar in it.
  3. Cook and stir for 20 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Now add khoya, a pinch of cinnamon powder and saffron.
  5. Keep stirring for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Now add crush 2 laddu and give it a light stir.
  7. Remove from the heat and take it out in a dish.
  8. Moti Kheer is ready to serve.
  9. ENJOY!!
