Ingredients
1glass Water
250gm Sugar
4Orange
4Green cardamom
125gm Semolina
50gm Raisin
½cupGhee
1tspCloves
Orange skin as required
Cooking Method
Heat 5 tbsp ghee in a deep pan over medium heat.
Add green cardamoms and fry a little.
Now add cloves and semolina, cook well for 1-2 minutes or until its changed its color.
Turn the heat off.
In another pan put together 1 tbsp ghee, orange pulp and sugar.
Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sugar syrup thickened, now add fried semolina and mix well.
Cook another 5 minutes or until halwa is thickened thickened.
