Ingredients
  • 1 glass Water
  • 250 gm Sugar
  • 4 Orange
  • 4 Green cardamom
  • 125 gm Semolina
  • 50 gm Raisin
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • Orange skin as required
Cooking Method
  1. Heat 5 tbsp ghee in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Add green cardamoms and fry a little.
  3. Now add cloves and semolina, cook well for 1-2 minutes or until its changed its color.
  4. Turn the heat off.
  5. In another pan put together 1 tbsp ghee, orange pulp and sugar.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until sugar syrup thickened, now add fried semolina and mix well.
  7. Cook another 5 minutes or until halwa is thickened thickened.
  8. Add raisins and orange rind.
  9. Take it out in a serving dish.
  10. Orange Halwa is ready to serve.
