Ingredients
500gm potatoes
1/2cupghee
1/2cupyogurt
1onionchopped
6curry leaves
2tbspchopped green chilies
2tbspchopped coriander leaves
2tbsplemon juice
1tbspground peanut
1tspcumin seeds
1tspturmeric powder
1tspred chili powder
1tspsalt
Cooking Method
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Heat ghee in a deep pan.
Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Fry for 1 minute or until it start crackling.
Now add potatoes and fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Add yogurt, ground peanut, salt, onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder and green chilies.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
