  • 500 gm potatoes
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ground peanut
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  2. Heat ghee in a deep pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Fry for 1 minute or until it start crackling.
  5. Now add potatoes and fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Add yogurt, ground peanut, salt, onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder and green chilies.
  7. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over it.
  9. Turn the heat off.
  10. Dish it out.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Potato Bhaji is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Puri, Paratha or chapati.
