Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 6 green chilies thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Rinse and drain chicken prperly.
  2. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Place chicken in a bowl, add cornflour, black pepper and salt.
  4. Turn to coat evenly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger.
  6. Cook for 1 minutes then put chicken in it.
  7. Keep stirring.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minute or until turn golden brown.
  9. Then add green bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  10. Now add soya sauce ,vinegar and honey.
  11. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. Take it out into a serving dish.
  14. Sprinkle green chilies over it.Rapid Fire Chili Chicken is ready to serve.
  15. Enjoy with boiled rice.
