Ingredients
1garlic bulb
1lemon
10whole red chilies
1tbspolive oil
2tbspvegetable oil
1tspwhite cumin seeds
salt to taste
Cooking Method
Peel garlic then place in a blender.
Add red chilies and cumin seeds.
Process until well blended.
Take it out in a bowl.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Pour blended mixture in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
