Ingredients
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 whole red chilies
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp white cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Peel garlic then place in a blender.
  2. Add red chilies and cumin seeds.
  3. Process until well blended.
  4. Take it out in a bowl.
  5. Add salt and mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  7. Pour blended mixture in hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Then add olive oil and lemon juice.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  10. Spicy Red Garlic Chutney is ready to serve.
  11. Enjoy!
