Boil rice with 1 tsp salt until 3/4 cooked.

Drain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.

Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and tomatoes.

Cook well until oil comes out on top.Now add 1/2 cup brown onion and chicken.

Cook for 5-10 minutes or until its change color.

Now add all vegetables with 1-½ cup water.

Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender.

Place the boil rice over it.

Sprinkle remaining brown onion and coriander leaves on it.

Drizzle lemon juice over it.

Cover tightly, cook on dum for 15 minutes.

Transfer into a serving dish.
