Ingredients
1tbspButter
1tbspChanna masala
1tbspChaat masala
1bunch Coriander leaves
1tspCoriander powder
1tspCumin Powder
1cupYogurt
Green chutney as needed
1Onion chopped
1tspRed chili powder
1tspSalt
2Samosa
3– 4 tbsp Tamarind & jaggery chutney
1Tomatoes
Water as required
1cupChickpeas boiled
Cooking Method
Take a pan, add butter, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes chopped cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander, chat masala, channa masala and a little water if required.
Stir well.
Now add samosas.
Mash little bit cook for 3 min then add green chutney,
Transfer into a plate and top it with onions, tomatoes, sweet Tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd, coriander leaves.
