  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Channa masala
  • 1 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Green chutney as needed
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Samosa
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Tamarind & jaggery chutney
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • Water as required
  • 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
Cooking Method
  1. Take a pan, add butter, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes chopped cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander, chat masala, channa masala and a little water if required.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Now add samosas.
  5. Mash little bit cook for 3 min then add green chutney,
  6. Transfer into a plate and top it with onions, tomatoes, sweet Tamarind chutney, green chutney, curd, coriander leaves.
  7. Delicious Samosa Chaat is ready to serve.
  8. Serve hot.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Imli Ki Chutney .
