Boil water in a large pot.

Then add yellow food color and vermicelli.

Cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat.

Drain all excess water.

Heat butter in a skillet or deep pan, add cardamoms, boiled vermicelli and white sugar.

Cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes or until all water dries up.

Now add kewra essence, dried milk, almonds and pistachios and ashrifian.

Let allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
