Ingredients
500gm boneless Chickensliced
2-3pineapple slices
2Tomatoescubed
1Onioncubed
1Capsicumcubed
1Spring onionsliced
1tspGinger garlic paste
3tbspOil
1tbspLemon juice
2tbspTomato ketchup
2tbspChili garlic sauce
2tbspWorchester sauce
Salt to taste
½tspblack peppercrushed
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add ginger garlic paste and chicken.
Sauté for 8-10 minutes or until chicken turns golden brown.
Now add onion and green onion sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
Then add tomato and sliced pineapple.
Add lemon juice, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper, Worchester sauce and chili garlic sauce.
