  • 500 gm boneless Chicken sliced
  • 2-3 pineapple slices
  • 2 Tomatoes cubed
  • 1 Onion cubed
  • 1 Capsicum cubed
  • 1 Spring onion sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper crushed
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken.
  3. Sauté for 8-10 minutes or until chicken turns golden brown.
  4. Now add onion and green onion sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
  5. Then add tomato and sliced pineapple.
  6. Add lemon juice, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper, Worchester sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  7. Stir fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
  8. Take it out in a serving dish.
  9. Stir Fried Chicken is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Rice.
