Ingredients
500gm Chicken mincekeema
1Onion
2Tomatoes
4Green Chilies
ΒΌcupCoriander Leaves
1tspSalt
1tspRed Chilicrushed
1tbspWhole Coriander
1tbspCumin Seeds
1tspFennel Seeds
2tbspGinger Garlic
1tbspChaat Masala
1tspAll spice powder
2Eggsboiled
Oil as required
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a flat iron pan and add finely chopped onion to fry.
Now add tomatoes slices in onion side and cover it.
When tomatoes soft add green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, crushed red chilies, whole coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, chaat masala, garam masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Now add chicken mince, oil and cover it and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes or until mince is tender.
Turn the flame on high and cook for 3-4 minutes or until oil comes on top.
Garnish with grren chilies, coriander leaves and boiled eggs.
