Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken mince keema
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chili crushed
  • 1 tbsp Whole Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp All spice powder
  • 2 Eggs boiled
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a flat iron pan and add finely chopped onion to fry.
  2. Now add tomatoes slices in onion side and cover it.
  3. When tomatoes soft add green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, crushed red chilies, whole coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, chaat masala, garam masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add chicken mince, oil and cover it and cook on medium flame for 20 minutes or until mince is tender.
  5. Turn the flame on high and cook for 3-4 minutes or until oil comes on top.
  6. Garnish with grren chilies, coriander leaves and boiled eggs.
  7. Tawa Qeema is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with chapati or naan.
